*Vivica A. Fox continues to deal with the fallout surrounding her March arrest for DUI. The actress went before an L.A. County Superior Court judge Wednesday and was ordered to stay away from alcohol until her arraignment in September.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol charged Monroe County Economic Development Director Shane Burris with driving under the influence (DUI) first offense and violation of the implied consent law Monday night.
