DUI charge was undisclosed
Prosecutor David Soukup was arraigned on a DUI charge Monday, a day before he began arguing in a jury trial that a motorcyclist deserved to go to jail because he was intoxicated when he caused a wreck on Yelm Highway in April.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation have been teaming up with local and state police this week to crack down on those drivers under the influence.
