STATE CAPITOL: Bill targets first-time DUI offenders (The Harrisburg Daily Register)
SPRINGFIELD — Legislation heading to Gov. Rod Blagojevich would require first-time DUI offenders to install a special device on their vehicles if they want to drive to work or elsewhere while their licenses are suspended.

A Mount Pleasant woman faces felony DUI charges after police say she struck her friend with her boat. Real Estate Agent Janet Marchand faced a judge Monday. The 53 year-old is charged with felony driving under the influence.
