DUI crash suspect booked
A Lodi man accused of driving under the influence of alcohol when he crashed and killed his passenger was released from the hospital and booked into jail Thursday on both new and old DUI charges.
Police said they arrested and booked "Criminal Minds" actor Shemar Moore on a DUI charge after he was pulled over for speeding in Los Angeles.
