Memorial Day DUI Numbers Drop (Santa Barbara Independent)
Memorial Day weekend was “fairly uneventful” for Santa Barbara police, according to Lt. Paul McCaffrey. The department made 13 DUI arrests over the weekend, and only one case involved an accident. Twenty-three people were arrested for public intoxication.
