Man shows up drunk
PRATTVILLE — An Autauga County man was jailed for contempt of court Monday morning after he allegedly showed up intoxicated at his DUI trial.
The Nevada Assembly has passed a measure requiring people arrested for a DUI to stay in jail until their blood-alcohol level drops or, if they took drugs, for 12 hours.
