Man Charged In Deadly
The driver of a car that plunged 70 feet down an embankment into a ravine in Thursday night, killing the passenger, has been charged with DUI. The accident happened at about 6:15 p.m. on Boonesboro Road in Clark County.
Testimony began Wednesday in the felony DUI trial of a former Slidell resident accused of causing a September 2004 accident that killed three Mississippi College students.
