DUI task force makes 12 arrests (Vail Daily)
EAGLE COUNTY — The local Gore Range DUI Task Force arrested 12 out of the 118 drivers stopped over two nights of enforcement. The average blood-alcohol level of those arrested was .124, the task force reported. The legal limit is .08.

Holidays mean more DUI checkpoints (The Garden Island)
Although the Kaua‘i Police Department’s DUI checkpoint in Hanalei Monday night yielded one arrest, officials said, KPD has stepped up its weekly checkpoints around the island as the holiday season plows on.
