Paris Hilton was arrested early Thursday and booked on suspicion of DUI after she was spotted driving her Mercedes erratically in Hollywood, police said.

Gilroy - A 57-year-old Salinas man was killed in a DUI related accident involving a semi-trailer truck on Highway 152 west of Dinosaur Point Road, according to California Highway Patrol officers.
