The Salt Lake City prosecutor's office is screening potential DUI charges against a Salt Lake County prosecutor arrested Saturday on suspicion of drunken driving after he was stopped by police at an administrative checkpoint. Jon David Shuman, 43, was driving his 2002 white Lexus RX 300 at 1124 S. 300 West when he stopped at the checkpoint, was arrested and cited for class B misdemeanor DUI.
