Grooms Lane man charged
A Grooms Lane man faces DUI and drug charges after a police investigation on Cadiz Street early Friday morning. Michael B. Riley, 32, was arrested at 12:58 a.m. Friday on charges of DUI, second offense, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and carrying a concealed weapon.
A 19-year-old girl is facing a DUI charge, two years before she can legally drink. According to police reports, Holli Burns had been drinking when she crashed into a family of four and sent them all to the hospital Saturday night. The accident happened in Idaho Falls.
