Clermont County's DUI court - the first of its kind in Ohio - appears to have hit on the right formula for reducing recidivism among drunken drivers.
The man convicted of 24 DUI's in the last 20 years has had his licence revoked for life. But apparently that is not stopping Curtis Sears from getting behind the wheel. A police officer pulled over and charged him with speeding and driving on a suspended license.
