DUI cop's alcohol test
The commander of the Utah Highway Patrol's DUI unit was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol after crashing his unmarked police cruiser into a concrete barrier in Draper early Friday.
The hunt for felony DUI suspect Javier Garcia continues, as a grieving family waits and a local bail bonding company faces payment to the state. Herbert McCray of McCray Bonding said his company is doing all it can to locate Garcia, who is believed to be in Mexico, and have him extradited back here.
