48-year-old Susan Lynn West was arrested Sunday in Bellevue for investigation of DUI and driving with a suspended license.

A Delaware County man arrested 10 times on drunken driving charges will be arraigned Thursday. Mark Perrotta was arrested in February for allegedly leading police on a high-speed chase going the wrong way on McDade Boulevard.
