Passenger Convicted Of DUI
Jun 07, 2006 — A car passenger who was charged last year with DUI when he grabbed the steering wheel and caused the vehicle to to crash has been convicted in a total of three crimes.
An Anderson County judge has denied a shock probation request from an Ohio man serving 25 years in prison for the DUI death of a six-year-old boy. Joseph Paul Shreve pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter and several other charges last November 4, and was sentenced later that month.
