Driver sentenced in fatal
With the sentencing little more than a formality, a Mechanicsburg man offered his first courtroom comments Tuesday on the May 8, 2005, DUI crash that killed a Harrisburg man.
A 34-year-old man from Mechanicsburg has been charged in a DUI-related crash into a telephone pole in Penn Township, according to court papers.
