Evidence may be blocked
The attorney for a former University of Mississippi student charged in the DUI-related death of a fellow student has asked a judge to stop prosecutors from using as evidence Dustin Dill's taped interview with police.
NEWINGTON — Former Newington mayor Thomas McBride is scheduled to appear in Superior Court Friday on charges stemming from a December arrest. He was arrested in Berlin and charged with failure to obey a traffic signal and DUI.
