‘Mister DUI’ To Stay In Prison (KELOLAND)
The Rapid City man known as "Mister DUI" won't be allowed out of prison to help his sick mother. Sixty-four-year-old Jerry Zeller is serving a two-year sentence for two convictions of driving under the influence. He has at least 17 other drunken driving arrests on his record and eleven convictions.
