Monthly DUI reports should be only a start (The Jackson Sun)
A bill currently working its way through the Tennessee General Assembly would help make the consequences of drunken driving very real and very personal to a group that desperately needs to get the message: our state's high school students. The bill, sponsored by Sen. Steve Cohen, D-Memphis, would require that students receive a monthly report of teenagers killed in DUI-related traffic accidents.

David Hall, 46, of Barboursville was arrested at 11:47 a.m. Friday at the 800 block of West 18th Street in Huntington. He was charged with his third DUI conviction and a fleeing DUI.
