Okesa man pleads guilty
An Okesa man pleaded guilty to several charges stemming from an alleged DUI-hit and run Friday in Washington County Court. Charles Cody Rutherford, 21, pleaded guilty to counts of driving under the influence and two counts of leaving the scene of an accident.
The DUI Council of Lancaster County held an informational town meeting Monday at Millersville University. About 25 parents, teachers and law enforcement officers attended.
