Man with 3 DUI
A man convicted three times of driving while intoxicated has been charged with DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide in a Feb. 21 wreck that killed a 77-year-old Delray Beach woman.
In 2005 police said nine people died in DUI accidents in the Savannah-metropolitan area. They said Wednesday's night fatality marked the fifth since the beginning of 2006.
