Passenger Charged With DUI
Dec 15, 2005 — The Leesburg Police Department charged a Purcellville man with malicious wounding and DUI after an argument with his girlfriend, even though he was not operating the car that crashed Dec. 10 into Rt. 7 Bypass median.
Law enforcement agencies are taking a zero tolerance approached to motorists driving under the influence this holiday season. To back that up, tomorrow enhanced DUI enforcement will begin in the capital region.
