170 DUI cases dropped over breath tests (Palm Beach Post)
WEST PALM BEACH — Prosecutors have dropped 170 DUI cases, unable to prove them without breath-test readings critical for convictions.

NEW: Man turns self in on DUI manslaughter charge (Orlando Sentinel)
An Orange County man turned himself in at the jail on a DUI manslaughter charge Tuesday for a crash that killed an Orlando woman, Orlando Police spokesman Sgt. James McDonald said.
