Poultney man pays DUI fines (Rutland Herald)
A Poultney man will pay $610 for a drunken driving accident. Todd J. Avery, 24, who gave his address as an East Poultney post office box, pleaded no contest Monday in Rutland District Court to charges of DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
