Four Hospitalized After DUI
LOUISVILLE — An 18-year-old man faces DUI and other charges after losing control of his car and crashing, sending four people to a local hospital, police said.
A Nassau County jury came back with a quick conviction Wednesday in the DUI manslaughter trial of a paralyzed defendant. Theodore Anderson was convicted on all counts in the 2002 crash that killed Gregg Howarter and left Anderson confined to a wheelchair.
